Our pasta dough is made with whole fresh eggs and enriched semolina flour. We use real imported cheese and our fillings are generous. So much so that each ravioli is more than 2/3 filling. You will never taste empty fillers. We fill each round ravioli with braised beef, vine-ripened tomatoes, cremini mushrooms and a rich blend of Ricotta and Romano cheese. Each bite bursts with flavor.
Heating Instructions:
Bring 4 quarts of lightly salted water to a boil. Add frozen ravioli to boiling water, reduce heat to low simmer and stir gently. Heat uncovered for approximately 5-7 minutes, until ravioli float or to desired tenderness. Heat until reaching a minimum internal temperature of 165°F for at least 15 seconds. Drain well and serve.
