Classic Italian potato dumplings that melt in your mouth, our versatile gnocchi can be served with a variety of different sauces or simply butter and Parmesan. Great as a meal or a side dish.

Heating Instructions:

Bring 4 quarts of lightly salted water to a boil. Add frozen gnocchi to boiling water and cook at a simmer. In about 2 minutes, as the pieces cook, they will float to the top. Remove immediately with a slotted spoon. Heat until reaching a minimum internal temperature of 165°F for at least 15 seconds. Serve with butter, grated cheese or your favorite sauce.
