Made with 100% durum wheat semolina and ready in under two minutes, this small, dome-shaped pasta is originated in Southern Italy. Translated as “little ears” in Italian, its small, indented shape makes it perfect for scooping extra flavor into every bite.

Heating Instructions:

Bring 4 quarts of lightly salted water to a boil. Add frozen orecchiette to boiling water, reduce heat to low simmer and stir gently. Heat uncovered for approximately 1-2 minutes or to desired tenderness. Heat until reaching a minimum internal temperature of 165°F for at least 15 seconds. Drain well.
