Sacchetti is a type of stuffed pasta also known as “Beggar’s Purse”. These little bundles of pasta are filled with Ricotta, Romano, Mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses plus select spices. Each purse is sealed at the top like a tiny bag. Our Sacchetti are delicious and make for a beautiful presentation.

Instructions for Use:

Bring 4 quarts of lightly salted water to a boil. Add frozen cheese sacchetti to boiling water, reduce heat to low simmer and stir gently. Heat uncovered for approximately 6-8 minutes or to desired tenderness. Heat until reaching a minimum internal temperature of 165°F for at least 15 seconds. Drain well and serve.
