Made with 100% durum wheat semolina and ready in under two minutes, this curly, spiral-shaped pasta pairs perfectly with thicker sauces such as meat or cream. The grooves in the pasta trap sauce, creating perfectly balanced bites.

Heating Instructions:

Bring 4 quarts of lightly salted water to a boil. Add frozen fusilli to boiling water, reduce heat to low simmer and stir gently. Heat uncovered for approximately 1-2 minutes or to desired tenderness. Heat until reaching a minimum internal temperature of 165°F for at least 15 seconds. Drain well.
